Spring Clean Your Glasses: 3 Tips for Cleaner Glasses

Eyewear Gallery Everett, WAWhether you like the warmer weather, the tulips, or just the thought of summer just around the corner, it’s spring here in Everett and we love everything about it. Although you can start spring cleaning your house, garage, and wardrobe, we have a few ways that you can spring clean your most worn accessory: your glasses.

Tighten Them

Have you noticed that the screw on your eyeglasses seem a bit loose? Does it seem like everytime you go to put them on they are literally going to fall of their hinges? If so, then it’s time to tighten those bad boys up. The good news about glasses tightening is that it’s really easy to do. All you need is a small screwdriver and glasses kit from your pharmacy. Then, you can tighten those screws and you’re good to go.

Clean Them

How often do you really clean your glasses? And no, we aren’t talking about rubbing your lenses against the bottom of your shirt. Make sure that you give your glasses a good cleaning with some glasses cleaning solution, a clean cloth, and a little elbow grease.

Try  A New Trend

The best way to spring clean your vision? With a new pair of glasses, of course! Spring is the perfect time to try a new trend, change up your look, and feel good doing it. We have a bunch of new frames that we can show you and we can even help you choose a pair that goes best with your personal style and your face shape.

Spring cleaning your glasses doesn’t have to be difficult but it certainly can be helpful. To learn a little bit more about how you can take better care of your glasses, contact our Everett office today and give us a call at (425) 259-2020.
